For the last several years I’ve been slightly plagued by aches and pains, small ones mostly.
The first was fasciitis, a pain in my right foot under the arch. Felt like a nerve pinch or something.
Then my elbows, mainly my left one but sometimes my right and even the shoulder. I seem to be sleeping on my arms under my pillow and sometimes even cutting off the circulation I;ve got them so tightly wrapped under me.
Now my lower back is bothering me again, this happened before and I contributed it to how I was sitting in my chair at work. I tried to change and it seemed to be better, now it just maybe working in the garage and being on my feet more.
Yikes, growing old sucks.
